Privacy notice

Who we are

Trusted AI Governance Ltd is the controller of personal information used to operate trustedaigov.ai and respond to business enquiries. Company No. 07309857, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 106 Walhouse Road, Walsall, West Midlands, WS1 2BE. Our founder operates from London. Contact sales@trustedaigov.com for privacy questions or requests.

Information we receive

If you enquire, we receive the name, business email, organisation, role, service interest and message you choose to provide. We also receive correspondence and information needed to follow up your request. Hosting and security services process technical request information, such as IP address, browser details and request times, to deliver and protect the website. Please do not send sensitive or confidential information through the public form.

Why we use it

We use business contact information to answer enquiries, understand requirements and manage prospective business relationships. Our basis is legitimate interests in running and developing our business, balanced against your rights. Where processing is necessary to take steps at your request before a contract with you, that basis may apply. We may retain records to meet legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics loads only if you accept optional analytics. It measures visits and interactions using device, browser and usage information. Our basis for optional analytics is consent, which you can withdraw using Cookie settings. Advertising consent remains denied. We do not ask Google Analytics to collect form messages or email addresses. See Cookies for details.

Service providers and recipients

Framer supplies website hosting, native form processing, spam protection and its built-in website analytics. Website enquiries are directed to our sales mailbox using Microsoft 365. Google supplies optional Google Analytics and Tag Manager after consent. Information may also be shared with professional advisers or authorities where necessary for a defined purpose or required by law. We do not sell enquiry information.

International processing

Our providers may process information outside the UK. Transfer arrangements depend on the provider and processing involved; UK adequacy rules or appropriate contractual safeguards are relevant where required. Contact us for information about the processing and safeguards relevant to your enquiry.

How long we retain it

We retain enquiry correspondence while responding and for as long as reasonably needed to manage the business relationship, resolve questions or meet legal and record-keeping obligations. Relevant criteria include whether a discussion remains active, contractual or statutory requirements and an outstanding dispute. You can ask us to review whether information still needs to be held. Cookie preference storage lasts up to 180 days; analytics storage is described in Cookies.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access or correct personal information, request erasure or restriction, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or request portability where that right applies. You can withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Providing enquiry information is voluntary, but without contact details we may be unable to respond. We do not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects through this enquiry process.

Requests and complaints

Email sales@trustedaigov.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint. Please contact us if you have concerns about how we have handled your information.

Scope and updates

This notice covers the marketing website and its enquiries. Customer application data and separately agreed consultancy processing require the relevant service terms and data protection arrangements. We update this notice when the website or its processing changes.
